Out of a desire to let you experience the flavors that we grew up eating in our homes as children, we have created Mack & Dub's Excellent Chicken & Waffles to deliver the home cooked goodness that you've been longing for!
We use only the freshest ingredients available to prepare all of our dishes. We began the year with 2 items: Chicken. And Waffles. Slowly, we have incorporated more items onto the menu. Recently, we created Mack & Dub's House BBQ Sauce and are proud to use it in our Sloppy Soul Sandwich, BBQ Baked Beans & BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich.
Opened on February 1, 2012 at 6pm, Mack & Dub's Excellent Chicken & Waffles at 3601 NE MLK near Fremont, is located in the same neighborhood where we spent our childhoods. It feels fantastic to be lifelong members of this neighborhood & community, as well as resident business owners!
This has been a very interesting first year for us as rookie restauranteurs and we look forward to the year to come. Thank you so much for coming and enjoying our food and atmosphere. Can't wait to serve you!
